Please note this website has been superseded – the Cheshire Partnership Framework was the former Local Strategic Partnership for Cheshire and was set up in April 2006 (replacing the former Cheshire Partnership which was set up in March 2001). As a result of local government re-organisation in Cheshire, a new partnerships framework - West Cheshire Together - came into being with effect from 1st April 2009 for the Cheshire West and Chester area and the website can be accessed at West Cheshire Together.

Cheshire Governance Board

Background


The Governance Board brings together the key public agencies to provide a strategic focus and vision for the delivery of joined-up public services in Cheshire and take overall collective leadership and accountability.

An induction meeting of the Governance Board, to discuss membership and constitutional arrangements, was held on 22nd September 2006.
